By booking a non-refundable reservation at Edinburgh Castle Apartments and Suites, you agree to the following cancellation policy. This policy applies to all non-refundable bookings regardless of the circumstances.

A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 100% of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be charged to your credit card and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Full Payment Requirement
Full payment for your reservation is due at the time of booking. This amount will be charged to your credit card immediately and is non-refundable.

4. No Cancellations
Once a non-refundable reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

5. No-Shows
If you fail to check-in on the scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be considered a no-show, and the total reservation amount will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

6. Early Departures
If you choose to depart earlier than the scheduled departure date, no refunds or credits will be issued for the unused portion of your stay.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total reservation amount.

4. No-Shows
If you fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification, your reservation will be considered a no-show. In this case, a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the total reservation amount.

5. Early Departures
If you choose to depart earlier than the scheduled departure date, you will be charged the full amount.

6. Modifications
Modifications to your reservation, including changes to dates, room types, or other booking details, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact our reservations team as soon as possible to discuss any changes.
